Refund policy
All item sales are final. We understand this is a tough stance but we need to be firm based on our limited releases and customized jerseys. In rare instances a return can be processed through customer service with the customer covering the cost to ship the product back. Thank you for understanding and cooperating.

Damages, Defects, and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a defective product you must reach out to us within 7 days of the product being delivered with photos of the defect. We stand by our products and are committed to providing defect free items, however from time to time there are defects on a limited number of the items that are missed. We will be happy to work with you directly to come up with a solution. Products must be unworn and we must be contacted within 7 days of delivery for a resolution to be possible. Cartel-Kuma Clothing Co. unfortunately cannot be responsible for incorrect sizes ordered or nameplate/number errors that were caused by an incorrect submission on the customer's end.
Exchanges:
Due to the nature of these limited drops we will not have backstock of these items for exchange! If any items were incorrectly processed on our side we will worth with you to either get you a refund or have your jersey remade for you! Customer errors will be solely on the customer themselves. Try finding a size swap in our group if things don't fit! Thank you for understanding!
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
